😎👍
Recently got into Golden Earring and bought first Tits'n Ass and then Live The outtakes.
Agree with overkill – their last few albums are every bit as good as their older stuff – particularly ironbound imo.
Only got into them in the last 2 years surprisingly as never heard their music before 😳
Been doing a deep dive marathon focus on Ugly Kid Joe. Man, Whitfield Crane's lyrics & vocal range is still amazing too this day.
I went wild this week buying cds and two albums, I got a lot of music to listen to. Too much to post I also ordered two new nightstands for my bedroom I definitely contributed to the economy by circulating the green, lol.
Couldn't agree with you more….i have picked up many CD's that didn't grab me right away and then when the moments right your so happy it's a part of your collection.I ordered BAD COMPANY fame and fortune released in 1986 but was reissued from Music On CD label 2 months ago. This label does a great job with their reissues by the way. Listened to it when it first arrived but it just didn't click with me. Put it on again a few weeks and all I can say is wow!
Great finds! Edgar Winter "They Only Come Out At Night" has been one of my favorites for a long time. I'm curious if you have a system to catalog and inventory your library? Do you use software? Thanks and keep up the good work!
Sweet pickups Brendan. I just got Metal Church- "Weight of The World" to complete my Metal church collection. Lucifers Friend- Banquet, and Thin Lizzy 4 cd box set " Vegabonds Kings Warriors Angels. 37 years today of Philip Lynott's passing.
Tim Pierce is a very underrated guitarist. Rick Springfield's personal guitarist. Bryan Adams had Keith Scott, Don Henley had Danny Kortchmar, Bob Seger had Drew Abbott and Tom Petty had Mike Campbell. Well, Rick Springfield had Tim Pierce. And Tim didn't just play on Rick's albums – he played on literally hundreds of other albums.
Rick Springfield's Living In Oz is possibly his heaviest album. I own it on CD (on the RCA label.) "Affair Of The Heart," "Souls" and the title track, which was not released as a single, are highlights. "Human Touch" is the other hit from the album. And you'll love the guitar playing of Tim Pierce. That dude has played on hundreds of albums. The Cutting Crew song you mentioned is their #1 "(I Just) Died In Your Arms Tonight," so you were really close on remembering the title, and the album was called Broadcast (1986.) Edgar Winter did an album with brother Johnny, and I remember you saying in the comments section that you weren't a fan of Johnny. But you might actually like Johnny's 1974 release titled "John Dawson Winter." There's a straight ahead hard rocking banger called "Raised On Rock" that could easily pass off as the lost KISS song. And the guy that sings the song has a voice that bears an uncanny resemblance to Gene Simmons.
Was feeling the blues a bit today, Christmas gone and return to work looming. Checking your latest video managed to cheer me up, thanks Brendon! 😀
“I just died in your arms tonight” was the song by Cutting Crew. I just ordered Paul McCartney’s single “Off the Ground” CD from Amazon.
you should try getting in heavier metal. I love to hear what you think of Cannibal Corpse and others. Keep up the great videos .🙂🤘
I love the Rock Candy hype stickers so much! Two new for me so far this week, I'm afraid that some that's on the way is lost, but that's the risk when ordering from abroad. From now on I'll always ask for registered shipping.
John Parr – S/t (rare on CD, so unfortunately expensive)
Peter Frampton – Premonition
My first batch of goodies for the new year:
Pointer Sisters-Debut & That's a Plenty R I P Anita Pointer
Derek Sherinian-Black Utopia, Inertia
Motorhead-40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition
George Lynch-Sacred Groove I used to have this but got rid of it. Glad I have it back in the collection. It's one of his best.
I remember having Living in Oz back in 83. I think it rocked a little more than WCD. Human Touch, and Affair of the Heart were pretty big pop type hits. My favs tho were the title track , Souls, and Me and Johnny. Enjoy!
Brendon were you able to order the Cheap Trick Live at the Whiskey 77. Four disc set. Limited to 2000 world wide. It's become hard to come by.
I imagine you will have to do another current count with the number of pickups you have had recently. Happy listening 🎶
“Filthy!” By papa John creach is my favorite. Found it accident. Those are the best finds!
Ray Lyell and the Storm debut from 1989 if you can find it in the US. A Canadian rock band. Only released in Canada and Australia and Japan. You would Like them.
How about a private pressing 180 Gram Lp . Knowing UR particular , can send copy to a PO box
How do u keep up with what u have or not have. I'd think it be hard with so many cds
I’ve got a lot of 27 CDs on EBay 😊for about that price. Hodgepodge of different bands! All CDs look unplayed

Another Edgar Winter group album that you might enjoy is shock treatment if you don’t already have it in your collection

5:30 when you showed that ‘Plunderphonics’ CD in a previous video I guessed it would be terrible, I had no interest in it all but thanks for confirming 🤣🤣🤣
Where do you find the time to put all this content together!
